Currently we have a Symmetry Essentials, and a Symmetry Advanced Course that our offered at the Torrance and D.C. (US) locations. Symmetry Essentials Is also currently available in our Tewkesbury UK location.

HOW MUCH DOES TRAINING COST?
The fee for the Training class varies between our different course offerings. Our training fees are in the AMAG price list on the Partners Portal. We do not offer direct pricing to End Users. They must request a price from their AMAG Reseller.
WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES TO ATTENDING A CLASS?
WHAT TIME DOES THE CLASS START?
In all locations the standard start time of each class is 8:30 AM. This is subject to the request by companies hosting an On-site Training session. We make every attempt to end class each day by 4:00 pm.
HOW DO I GET “CERTIFIED”?
Initial certification occurs with the successful completion of the Symmetry Essentials classroom based training. Addition information about this course can be found under the Symmetry Course page. The Calendar is on the main training web page.

CAN I GET CERTIFIED WITHOUT COMING TO A TRAINING CENTER?
WHAT CERTIFICATION LEVELS EXIST?
Symmetry Associate: Successful completion of the Essentials course, qualifying for technical support.
Symmetry Professional: Successful completion of the Essentials course + the Advanced, qualifying for priority technical support and program benefits.
End User Qualified: Successful completion of the Essentials course, sponsored End Users with valid SSA qualify for technical support (excluding hardware and installer’s default permissions)

WHEN DO I NEED TO RE-CERTIFY? (US & Canada)
To ensure proper update training, all certification are set to expire after a (1) year time period. To maintain certification, the technician must complete a Symmetry recertification course which will detail product changes and technical information related to servicing and maintaining the Security Management Software.
HOW DO I RE-CERTIFY? (US & Canada)
An on-demand monthly re-certification course. This course is designed to be self-paced and can be completed when convenient for certified tech.
A live webinar, complete with a final quiz to ensure we meet our learning objectives. This Webinar is offered once a month and the schedule is listed on our Training Calendar.
HOW DO I ENROLL OR REGISTER FOR A RECERTIFICATION COURSE? (US & Canada)
WHAT ABOUT END USERS?
We regularly offer at the Torrance and D.C. locations a Symmetry Operator’s course (2-days) and a Symmetry System Administrator’s Course (3-days). These courses are designed for the End User to assist with the management and daily operation of a Symmetry System.
CAN END USERS ATTEND THE ESSENTIALS COURSE?
HOW DOES THE CERTIFICATION OF AN END USER DIFFER FROM THE CERTIFICATION OF THE RESELLER (INTEGRATOR)?
End User that are certified can receive support on any Symmetry Access Software related issue or question, excluding any item the Symmetry System limits to the default Installer’s permission. End User’s must have the support and be sponsored by an AMAG Reseller and their site must have an current SSA in place in order to receive support.
WHAT ABOUT SUBCONTRACTORS?
WHAT ABOUT TRAINING AT THE CUSTOMER’S LOCATION?
We can provide on-site training for either the Standard Symmetry Essentials (5-day) or the Systems Administrator (3-day) Courses. We can also customize the Operators to meet the End User special requirements.
